Very nice family friendly hotel. We had stayed there for a celebration of my sister son first birthday. The hotel staff made it a memorable one by going out of the way to help decorate and offered a cake

The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again. I also give top marks for their kids club and babysitters, as well as the quality of family friendly activities such as the free sea sport activities. The food at their Indonesian restaurant Rica Rica was consistently delicious - try their beef rending and satays. The Residence is truly a gem in Bintan!
