Perfect location for where we needed to be. Room had a good amount of space for a family and decent facilities but there was some water damage to the floor and door outside the bathroom which caused the floor to warp. Rubbish wasn't put out by housekeeping or past tenant. We were asked to remove rubbish to the disposal nearby before vacating. Notified front desk after clearing it myself and there were no more bin bags. Notified front desk twice during out stay and were told they would have housekeeping bring bin bags and a tea towel which was also missing. Told them at check out that I'd bought bin bags and used the facewashers and handtowel instead. Friendly staff were apologetic but no action.

Safety within building, no one can get through main doors without their room fobs. Only downfall, being a smoker, smoking was not permitted on the balconies as most accommodation we have stayed in, in Melbourne. You had to leave the building completely, which is not real safe for guests at night, by themselves.

It is value for money. Felt pampered and truly comfortable with all the appliances in the apartment. Ms Salina was very helpful when i had to book an extra day here. Check in was seamless. Lovely and welcoming staff. My husband loved this apartment!

Nice little apartment but on a busy street which was quite noisy all night so did not sleep much. Good location close to carlton gardens but outside free tram area. I found it quite expensive but when i booked i had not realised the flower show was on at the same time as the formula 1 racing which might have been a factor. All in all, happy with it and they did provide a nice bottle of wine and snacks which was a nice surprise.

The Eminence is a well-appointed apartment complex, with easy access to inner city Melbourne, and its parks, dining experiences and transport options. I enjoyed the privacy and quiet of the ample sized room, and appreciated the space for it's function and aesthetic.

We stayed at this place with family for a 4-day conference at University of Melbourne. The location is nice, walkable to the campus and a nice museum, and many restaurants. The room is clean and quiet, with a fully equipped kitchen.
