This was a great place to stay for our first time in Key West..yes..we will be going back. It was perfectly located for everything you would do. Our trip was in the midst of hurricane Milton. The staff was awesome during the stay with the weather at hand. Very accommodating and helpful. Made us feel at ease. The only thing I can say was not good…our room didn’t have a microwave. If that’s all I have to complain about…that’s pretty dang good!! We figured out our eating for the week! Not that big of a deal! Will definitely be going back

This is a Vacation spot. Our room was first on the cleaning list every day. That meant the cleaning lady came by at 9. Each day we asked her to return in 30 minutes. They would not return. Very Average for the very high price.

I paid for one of the best rooms. Oceanfront king. Lots of deferred maintenance. Worst of which was the laminated floor was delaminating creating 1/4 inch differences which encouraged shoe only experience. (Kept stubbing toes on uneven delaminating floors)

If you value a quiet sleep and don’t mind the walk (or biking) this place is a nice slice of paradise. It’s a short walk to the water and a 30min walk to the other end of Duval. We loved that they will hold your luggage if you arrive early and also after you checkout if you have a later flight. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The property was very clean! The only downfall I can think of is if you really only need a place to lay down at night… it might not be for you. We were so busy exploring the island that we didn’t really get to use the pools, participate in the resort activities, nor Cafè/bar.

The property is conveniently located with numerous options for accomodations. There are three pools including a serenity pool. Our room had a panoramic ocean view but a broken shower door and the people walking in front of the window was annoying. Britney was helpful.
