We had a show at the state Theatre on our night stay. It was so convenient, we just had to cross market street. The only thing I could mention was the parking As we had trouble stopping in front , as it was too congested to stop and we had to go around twice before there was a spot to stop. Apart front that it was an excellent stay.

When getting my facial, my therapist started vaping. Wildly unprofessional. The staff member who checked us in was rude and said multiple times “put money on your card” while he was the one in error. Have never been spoken down to so poorly. All other staff were great. But the two definitely ruined the holidays we were there for. The rest of the staff are the only reason I am giving more than one star.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay as a solo female traveller for work. All staff were friendly and attentive. My room was comfortable and clean. I dined in the evenings and had breakfast too, and I cannot complain about anything. I would certainly stay here again.
