We enjoyed the easy walk to the MTR, could go anywhere from there. Amazing transit system, fast easy and safe!!!! Hotel staff was awesome, restaurants in hotel was very good with excellent service. One afternoon we where without water, they did good be us notice the evening before some we planned around it.

Sadened by the decline of a decent hotel .
I have been staying at this hotel for 6 years and the level has been consistent until now. Breakfast was minimal and not worth the money in comparison to what I have experienced from previous visits with not even a muesli on offer ! Room was like a prison cell with poor lighting and bad design for lighting the bathroom over the magnifying mirror in the bathroom and little natural light in the room even on the 11th floor ! Noisy constantly on the corridors and outside as the curtains were not sufficient for black out- they were broken , and after a 14 hour flight and jet lag you need to be able to have some peace in order to work the following day. All in all this hotel was very tired and looked very basic now in comparison to the past 6 years I have been visiting . The only positive is that the cleanliness is still good . I feel sad to say that this hotel used to feel comfortable the 3 times as year I used to come but now I will no longer be visiting .
