We loved the location. Loved the staff who were helpful and friendly. They even changed my pillow to suit. Housekeeping was amazing. What we didn't like was the plumbing nosies at night especially. Each time upstairs turn on something you could hear all the pipes. Didn't like the air condition system being so loud too.

Zara Tower hotel was the perfect choice for getting ready on my wedding day. The staff were super friendly and helpful and were able to bring any deliveries/orders to my room and let my guests in without issue. The Soho suites are very spacious, comfortable, and a stylish backdrop for getting ready and first look photos. Fully equipped kitchen was great to have as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I needed a hotel in the city!
