We loved the location. Loved the staff who were helpful and friendly. They even changed my pillow to suit. Housekeeping was amazing. What we didn't like was the plumbing nosies at night especially. Each time upstairs turn on something you could hear all the pipes. Didn't like the air condition system being so loud too.

We liked it very much. Just one thing that we were not happy with is the cleaning staff. They are very noisy and after we told them that we are out for the day and they can clean the room they didn’t clean it or give us clean towels.

We had an amazing time at Zara, the rooms were ultra clean and comfortable. But the reception staff really made our stay, they were so friendly and helpful. I left my phone charger in Brisbane and the staff member could not have been more accommodating. Every staff member greeted us each time we arrived or left, it was so refreshing to think this kind of service is still out there. I will be recommending friends and family to stay at Zara Tower Hotel.

Was able to check as soon as we arrived on the morning at accommodation as a room was nearly ready. Instead of waiting for check in time in the afternoon. Basket brothers coffee shop down on the corner is great for food and coffee, and you get a discount cause you stay at the Zara Tower. Handy to public transport and the shops.
