Great Location but terrible service.
The service was terrible, I had to work out a new deal as online bookings aren’t recognized by the hotel. One couple was turned back with their online reservations as the hotel was full. The three things that I enjoyed were the jacuzzi in my room, peace and quiet in my room and also the hotel is at the heart of the city center making getting around very easy. The hotel is also not clean, the hallway carpets are sandy and screaming for replacement. Bedding and towels were also not well washed. The Air conditioner was not working and it was the middle of summer, they had a dirty electric fan in the room which did somehow help.

Waiting for an explanation to my complaint! Hotel stated they don't do business with ebookers so had to pay extra to get rooms. The hotel was a hovel, shower didn't work, toilet didn't work, room was dirty, too many problems to list, no action taken to complaints! DO NOT STAY HERE!
