Nice resort but I had to walk to the west wing which was outside. After a full day traveling and arriving around midnight it was a quest to get to my room. Other than that it was a great stay.

We visit the Peppermill at least once a year for our anniversary. This year we decided to upgrade our room and visit the spa for a couples massage. On arrival we had problems with the water heating up and had to contact the front desk for assistance. The rest of the time we had to run all water in the room for a bit in order to get hot water so we can shower. The 2nd day the battery went out on the door lock and it took over an hour for them to unlock the room and change the battery. Not once did management contact us about either of the inconveniences we experienced. We ended up cutting our stay short as I was unable to relax/unwind after returning from dinner.

Walking up to the hotel it’s beautiful as you walk in. It’s also beautiful. The service was OK not super friendly but not rude. However, upon check out, I was packing up my things and on the side of my nightstand I found drugs. I took it to the front desk
