It was a nice place. Studio room was spacious and clean with kitchenette. Two things I disliked: the bathroom sink did not drain properly and even though we told front desk on our first night, no one did anything about it. Second, the kitchenette had a toaster but no kettle. It would be nice to provide a kettle. Staff were very friendly.

The staff at the property are incredible, and the main facilities are nice. The room itself needs a renovation. The shower grout was black in places and needed to be bleached, the jet tub it self had paint chipping around the drain, and when I turned the jets on black stuff came out of it. The grout around the toilet was peeling off and turning yellow. There was dust behind the bed, and the drawers looked like they hadn't been wiped out for a while. The door to the bathroom would get stuck, was hard to push back, and when pulled out had dust on it.

The lights were not working in the Suite. The TV did not work. There was a terrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom.

The fact that it was in a nice mall provided a variety of shopping and dining options. Also, one of the shows we attended was in the mall so that was convenient as well. Staff treated us and took immediately took care of any questions or concerns we had. If I had anything negative, it was the not-so-subtle attempt at check-in to get us to purchase a timeshare. Just didn't enjoy that, but after we turned them down once, they didn't keep badgering us.
