Access to the strip was the reason I booked the room. It is a short walk from hotel lobby to Las Vegas Blvd. The property is attached to the PH hotel and Miracle Mile Mall so lots of dining options are available. Hotel’s common areas are well maintained

Couldn’t use the pool due to water being very cold. It seems that they had the boiler heating the pool broken and on order. Otherwise awesome stay.

The only thing I don’t like is the time share talk at the Check in. Otherwise. This hotel is perfect in every aspect. The magic mile shopping center is definitely a plus.

Great place but STOP TRYING TO SELL PEOPLE
Not a bad place. Housekeeping staff are REALLY NICE. Just had a problem walking in it just seemed like they wanted to sell you a timeshare. They tell you to check in then go see someone else for a welcome gift which isnt anything at all besides trying to sell you into shows and listening to the timeshare seminar. Besides that really good place

Pros: Nice place right behind Planet Hollywood. Rooms were nice. Could see the Eye out the window. Coms: Every pass though the lobby was a constant sales pitch person trying you to get a vacation club membership from you. Annoying Also can't forget the daily $25.00 "Resort Fee" for the privilege of using a basic pool. So make sure you add that to the cost of the room when shopping around.

This is my second stay at Elara. The property is great and convenient for many reasons. Appreciate that it’s a smoke-free facility. Parking is convenient and location is accessible to many shops, eating places and casinos. My mom is in a wheelchair and it was accessible for us.

Location is good. Quiet and just bit back from the strip. Unnecessary resort fee but I guess it’s standard in US hotels. Overall a standard hotel in good location

Nice property and excellent views. Some feedback. Half of gym equipment was out of service or not activated or had poor wi-fi. Property was under renovation in areas.
