I love how their up to date with their technology, the great view, their customer service was amazing! However we did have issues with our refrigerator that wasn’t working and there was a strange sound in the vents but nothing we couldn’t work with!

Absolutely love the Elara! From the location to the rooms it was perfect. Friendly staff throughout though the day of check-in there was a water break on one of the floors which kept check-in from happening on time for many people. I will definitely come back again!

The management staff is unresponsive and even advised to file a poor review. Problems with pricing of stay, and now no manager or GM can help, only a person that has not responded to any correspondence in nearly a month. We will see!

The staff at the Elara were all very friendly and professional. Check in was a breeze and they upgraded our room to a high floor looking out over the strip/sphere. Only confusing part was parking becausd they share with Planet Hollywood. We were exhausted so we looped back around and used valet for $10 more.
