The air conditioning in the room was extremely noisy. There was no option for filling up water bottles. The hotel stank of cigarette smell all of the time compared to other hotels. We arrived at 1pm and they asked for money to check in earlier without even checking if our room was available.

Overall good. Main disappointment was no jug to boil water in room for tea. And when asked, was not possible. I would have expected basic coffee and tea making services. Also pool was out and whilst we could use Horseshoe, not as conveinent making resort fees expensive for effectively wi fi use.

The location was excellent. It was nice and quiet. The room although clean looked tired. The fire alarm twice in the middle of the night was not appreciated. No apology or discount. Charging me for local calls , when they were supposed to be part of the resort fee, was also maddening. Not a large amount of money but the principle.

Loved the location of the Horseshoe. I don’t understand the poor reviews. There is a line up for check in around check in time, but otherwise, it was fine. I wouod stay here again.

The automatic doors were not working. And sliding door windows were dirty. Other than that bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff wasn't very helpful. Our concierge was rude. Couldn't or would help if thought the options were way more than we wanted to spend. Not sure who she was serving.
