Nice property but not close to anywhere. They charge us resort fee but will need to pay $18 extra for parking everyday which does not make sense. Also no complimentary water given at the room

When I arrived, the room was dirty and there was no soap to bathe in. Even though we went to the hotel reception to complain, they told us that they would clean the room again, but when we returned a few hours later, the room was still dirty. We went back to the reception and they apologized and told us that it would be resolved, that we should wait a few hours. Finally we went back and it was not cleaned either. Bottom line, the day we left the hotel came and they never cleaned our room. What a disappointment. The cleaning is horrible.
