First thing at the check-in the guy name brandon was not helpful at all and didn’t provide us a better upgraded room, and then at the check-out another guy his name was lucas that wasn’t welcoming at all i asked him if he can give us a late checkout and he said that it’s impossible and the hotel is fully booked and he told us we have to leave our room immediately, i reached another employee and she was very nice she gave us a two hours more time until check-out because we are loyal to hilton and we have a gold membership.

My friend had his wallet stolen. Security office was absolutely no help. He knew when and where it happened. And they didn’t even bother checking out the video. Offered no help or hope. The location was not great. Too far to walk to convention center too close for cab drivers to be happy about taking you. Says it is on the strip. But it is not. If you wanna go where the fun and the crowds are. Too far to walk to. No coffee maker in the room. I was told that we would have to upgrade to a suite to get one. Even LaQuinta and Comfort Inn supply you with coffee. A cup of coffee will cost you eight dollars down in the donut shop. Just plain coffee. How are you?

Great Stay & easy access

Stay was great. Room was clean and service was great. Only comment is the mattress was not super comfy and felt well used, along with the pillows. Would stay here again. love the access to the Convention Center via the Loop.

Nothing unique. Extremely expensive for what they offer. They did not even have any water or coffe maker in teh rooms. Towels were discolored and old. They did not have any robe in teh room. When you get up in the evening, there was no night light to see the surrounding. Overall, it is not worth the hype. Don't waste your money with Paris Hilton to spend it.

Clean and free fitness center.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Fitness center was free for guests. Plenty of dining options. Easy parking access.
