Very deceiving booking. I made a booking for the Mandalay Bay and found out at check in that we were staying at the W next door. Never spoke or saw another staff member after that. Rooms were cleaned but our clothes were thrown on the floor and supplies in the bathroom such as body wash were not refilled. Not the amazing stay we thought it would be.

Did not have hot water for our morning showers. Tried calling front deck but no one would pick up. Had to go down in person to get a complaint registered. Bad air quality in casino. We’ll go elsewhere on our next stay. Sad.

Nice room. Great water pressure and hot water. Comfortable bed and quiet. The view from the 3rd floor was Very disappointing. Paid a pretty penny to look at concrete outside our window. Felt safe at the properly, although had many restaurants, not much of a variety of foods on the menu. Enjoyed the view from the club on the top floor, but you needed reservations to get access. Easy Uber drop off and pick up.

This is a huge property with lots of things to do. First time visitors to Vegas. We enjoyed our experience. Our upgrade to our room was unexpected, but it was at an additional expense ($50/night). We ate at the Citizen and the Irish Pub restaurants and the food was very good. One thing one has to be careful about is the snack and fridge bar in the room, are not free. Oh. the bed ws very comfortable.
