Mould on the bathroom tiles with a noisy fan. Front door was catching on the tiles. Dusting and cobwebs needed attention. This is for the cleaners to do .

Reception staff excellent, very informative and friendly. Nice and clean. Very clam area with a nice cafe closeby. The hotel is a little bit old fashined. The walk to city took us more 15-20 minutes.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, the shower was strong, but the bath was worn out. No face washer, no tissues, no spare pillows. Needs an update, butfor the cost it was ok. Parking very narrow and not enough park spaces

Good location and staff very accommodating. Room needs attention to detail when cleaning eg bed head had hair on it, back of toilet door grubby, fan in bathroom dusty and hair in bathroom.

Air conditioning unit could have been cooler ..only went down to 23 degrees.. On hot days it should be able to go down cooler.. When you don`t want the room cleaned out etc. put a sign on the "Do not disturb" there fore thecleaners know not to cleen the room.....where there is no sign the cleaners that you need to change sheets and clean the room etc....Bye Bye.. Thank you..

We found the staff to be very helpful and obliging.We came back after going out for tea and had locked ourselves out of our room. It was out of hours we rang the staff for help and they were more than helpful. Ashley the receptionist arrived to let us in. She was so nice and kind considering it was after 9pm.
