We have stayed at this hotel absolutely loads of times but sorry to say this will be the last, yes I know you only get what you pay for but other guests had no consideration for people trying to sleep when shouting, screaming and banging doors at 4:00 am, rooms are also run down in need of modernisation

Staff warm and friendly. Bed very comfortable. Room cleanliness poor, wet carpets with odd staining. Poor finishing on sink surround unit and in general. Very noisy from surrounding rooms.

I travel to Leeds for work every week. DiscoveryInn is my last option. I tend to face one or other issue ( no hot water or heater not working, noisy room, could hear sound from upper floor etc)

Property was good. Area around it in Leeds is good, but at the moment there is a lot of work going on and it was a bit noisy. Not their fault at all.

Check in was quick but I think the person on the desk was drunk - unacceptable at anytime but this was 3pm. My key card didn't work so had to go back to reception and was served by a friendly and professional woman. Loud roadworks early in the morning woke me up.
