Overall the quality of the hotel was good, however slamming doors in the middle of the night kept me awake, which resulted in a really poor nights sleep. The shower over bath is also functional, but would be a bit precarious for those less nimble on their feet. Really convenient location and decent breakfast.

Hotel room was nice but average, the pictures looked more modern compared to what it was like in person. Unfortunately the hairdryer wasn’t working. We also got locked out of our room for 30 minutes as our room card had a fault and wasn’t working and we had to wait for the manager/caretaker to come. The experience would have been better if the room was cleaned daily, we went three days without fresh towels and beds not being made.

Great stay at this hotels. Super helpful check-in, I arrived before checkin was available, bag drop was simple and quick. I didn’t arrive back at the hotel till almost midnight and the evening check in team were super helpful & friendly. My room was on the 7th floor with fab views of the city. My room super clean and spacious, there was a double & 1 single bed. Plenty of tea, coffee & milk available, along with bottled water and a fridge. Super friendly staff and a great location for a day & a night out in Leeds. Super convenient

Escaping the rat race for a day
The room was a good size and well equipped. It was bright and clean. The area this hotel in is still largely under construction but where Brewers Wharf has been completed, it's lovely, with lovely Riverside walks and brilliant places to eat and drink nearby. The breakfast was phenomenal. The system was down at checkin so i had to wait a little while but the young woman on reception handed it really well, offering a free hot drink for those who were waiting. I had a wonderful stay.

Every thing was excellent. Room spotless clean. Staff first class. Breakfast very good and good variety, reasonably priced and a nice atmosphere all round. Really enjoy it. Will be back again. Only one wee comment. 908 was a connecting room and people next door were quite loud. But overall excellent .

Nice room, good service just wrong that it is advertised on Hotels.com with parking available when there isn’t any. We had to park in multi storey about 15 minutes walk away, only spaces outside hotel are on the road paid, circa 15 spaces
