Leith hotels & accommodation with spa

The place is slightly old but cosy and clean. We felt comfortable staying here. It's also a relatively quick walk to the tram station.

Room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was busy and the staff work hard and swiftly clean to get next diners in. Barely heard any other guests when in my room, not the outside traffic. The tram stop was just across the road and takes about 10 mins to princess street. Buses were also available. Uber was about £8 from The Playhouse theatre. I'd stay again
