The location was perfect for us and the Hotel delivered everything we needed. The staff were extremely helpful, booking taxis etc for us. Even though I have a milk allergy and could not have the scrambled eggs for breakfast, there was enough provided that I could take, so I did not go hungry!! Alternatives to cow milk are provided (Soya). For me it was a joy to see that the hotel has not succumbed to those awful rainfall showers!! They had good, directional showers and the flow was great! In all the Hotel provided everything we wanted.

Very interesting property being a former warehouse building. Our room 223 had the original curved red brick ceiling and a metal column with a view to wards the big wheel and the m&s bank arena. Very handy for all the docks attractions - minutes walks to everything. Good value for money, decent buffet style breakfast included.
