Lovely location just a short walk into the City Centre and Docks. Rooms are lovely and I personal love the massive baths. Parking is pricey though as hotel doesn’t offer a discount for guests but car park is right next door to the hotel. Would highly recommend

Everything was great with the hotel and our stay right up until 9am Sunday morning where the fire alarm went off intermittently until we checked out at 11am. There was a fault and they couldn’t reset it. Shame really ruined a nice relaxing anniversary weekend.

A mixed bag!

Lovely sized room. Very comfortable bed but poor pillows. No toilet brush. WiFi wasn’t working and no plug near to a mirror to use the hairdryer.
