The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout. The nods to Dixie Dean are brilliant but not over the top as to put none-Evertonians off. The service was excellent.

Lovely stay with lovely staff. Everyone was very welcoming and couldnt do enough for you. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice offering full english, continental and a variety of cereal aswell as fruit juice, coffee and tea.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Only one or two minor faults... No way of controlling heat in bedrooms and the pillows were very poor quality but that would NOT stop me from returning.. Great location, lovely breakfast

Lovely hotel right in the centre for all attractions, far enough to be in a quieter area. Huge room 305. A bit dark as very high window would be nice to be able to look out. Bathroom with large spa bath was great. No hanging space, thankfully only took a few clothes for a 3 night stay. Janet’s in wardrobe were above a shelf so couldn’t be used except to hand on the outside of the wardrobe. Lovely breakfasts everything you need to start the day. Nice cosy bar. Would definitely stay again.

Room was really spacious and quiet. Clean and comfortable and loved the decor. Maybe a higher seat at the lovely dressing table? Somewhere to put the kettle tray? Plenty of tea and coffee supplied which was great.

We were very happy with room, so much space, everyone had their own bed which was wat we wanted, loved the shower over the bad, clean towels and sheets daily, the breakfast was tasty and top notch, all the staff were friendly and welcoming.. i did take my own pillow tho as theirs are flat and lumpy, there is a lot of wear and tear throughout the hotels floorboards and wallpaper but none of that affected our stay, mattress super comfy, the AC did not work but reception could control it from there so that was very ok, i parked underneath hotel easy peasy lots of spaces probably cheapest around there too lift from carpark straight into hotel just lovely

The room was huge. Beds comfy. Location excellent. Staff welcoming. Room well equipped. It was quiet on our stay. Jacuzzi was fab. Breakfast had plenty of choice. It was more warm than hot. We did find hairs in the bath. Room was old and could do we updating but for price was good value for money.

Its a nice hotel, worth the money and lovely location. We had some issues with the room so a young girl named Gabbi really helped us. She changed our rooms, Thank you again for the room swap made everyones mood brighter
