Beautiful property with excellent service and staff on a canal. Our family suite was huge and had everything we could need. Very close to the cruise and ferry terminal, lots of restaurants in the area.

Great staff, very nice facilities/room, convenient location, walkable town, beautiful setting, ample nearby eating/drinking options. All in all fantastic experience. I will say it would get crowded if multiple cruise ships were in port with thousands of folks walking about or using public transport - so just check the port schedule and plan accordingly.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. It is in a perfect location in Lavorno, right in a charming part of town. The room was super and the service excellent. Our ferry was delayed and they waited for us to get in - past their operating hours.

This place is amazing, and do close to the center of everything in Livorno. I could not believe how convenient this hotel is, and the whole building looked like it had just been renovated to an amazing standard. The room was like an apartment with s kitchen and separate living and sleeping rooms with a tv in both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was huge with all the convenient amenities and everything felt so comfortable. I wish I could have stay for two or three more nights. One if my favourite parts is the swimming pool, I had the whole pool and the gym completely to myself and it was such a magical experience. The staff were so helpful and I could not believe what amazing value for money this place is. Definitely one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in.

Charming place with an abundance of good facilties
This place is an apartment hotel venue and the apartment is huge! It was a great bonus to have all that space and a kitchen yet to be right on the edge of everything in Livorno. The facilities were top quality with great bed, nice linen and a good TV. I think I left my Netflix signed in so enjoy! The place has a pool which was very private as not many used it. You can use a washer for €5 which included detergent etc, not a bargain but useful and far cheaper than a hotel would be. Staff are very charming and helped out when asked.
