An ideal spot, for LHR & getting into central.
The staff were exceptional. The surroundings were clean and modern. I was in a besutiful cirner room with views of landing aeroplanes which i could barely hear because the soundproofing was excellent. Would stay again.

I was staying at the Atrium with my husband and 84 year old mother. On the first few nights other visitors were running up and down the corridors, shouting and knocking on doors, this frightened my mum and obviously disturbed our sleep. On the Saturday night we had to evacuate the hotel at 23:30 due to a fire alarm. There were no staff assisting the visitors and some were elderly and had walking frames and had to walk down fire stairs. No staff were available to update us on what was going on and we were all stood outside in the cold. It was a false alarm and a security guard just told us we could go back in with no explanation. Very disappointed with this service.

the hotel is old, and has a musty smell in the corridors and room. the staff were not helpful, did not deliver another kettle after we complained about ours having deposits. do note that the Hatton Cross station is not step-free. we had to lug our luggages up the stairs.

The reception staff gave misinformation concerning the closest rail station having an elevator which it didn’t. This caused stress and danger for older people in our group. No apology was forthcoming and no welcome smiles or care. The staff seemed bored with their job. Not interested in the guests.

Very convenient location to London Heathrow Airport. I chose this hotel because it was across the street from Hatton Cross tube station to make it very easy to get to my morning flight at Heathrow and easy to get to downtown London. Hotel was very nice with restaurant and bar in the hotel. There is not a lot directly around the hotel, but if you walk a little bit there is a great local, The Green Man, with really good pub food and selection of ale's. Tesco and other restaurants and withing a mile walk.

Good Choice for Airport Convenience
This is a good convenient choice for an easy airport stay if you have an early flight. It is just across the street from the Hatton Cross tube stop adjacent to the airport. The check in was welcoming. The pool was fun. And the chicken tikka masala at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly delicious!

As soon as I checked in, I got the digital keys to the room and my room was on 3rd floor. Went up with my luggage and the room key didn't work. Had to come down again with all my luggage to get it fixed and go back again. Then in the morning, I went to have breakfast and when I came back, the room key again stopped working and I had to go back to the lobby to get it fixed. In the shower, there wasn't any door to close the shower area so the water kept flowing outside and I had to use multiple towels to soak the water. Also, the AC in the room was above the door and the bed was on the left side after existing the aisle i.e. there was no direct line of sight for the AC unit and there was zero airflow on and around the bed. The only positive was the size of the room was big, rest wasn't a good experience.

a clean hotel but has no atmosphere, the breakfast/dining room is like a hospital without beds. Needs a more personal feel, not so staged, more of the name feel. orange etc.. staff need to be more on point. fried eggs or a choice not just scrambled, better sausages, not enough towels for 4 people, would have been nice to have biscuits with the tea / coffee .swimming pool was a disaster waiting to happen, kids in the wet and dry sauna well under 16 , and under 10. also in the hot tub diving, should be a cutoff point in the evening with no children like other hotels.not at all relaxing, 8pm still screaming with arm bands on. drinking alcohol in the hot tub another another point. sorry to write but this needs to be addressed. i wont stay again .

Claustrophobic room.
We originally booked one night then decided to book another night. We were informed that there should be no problem staying the same room, just let them know at the front desk. We had a nice room with a window overlooking the car park, which was fine. Next morning we went down to the front dest and informed them of our second night, we were told that we would have to move out of the room because all of a sudden there was going to be maintenance carried out. We had to go and pack up and move to anoher room. The new room was horrible, it had an inside window overlooking the restaurant so we had to keep the curtains closed. It was most unpleasant having no daylight, it was really claustrophobic and very uncomfortable.The breakfast items were not hot and there were only cold plates. We would not stay at this hotel again. When we went to check out the next morning we were asked how our stay was and we said we wouldn'nt stay there again to which we were informed that there were many guests complaining.

This was an excellent hotel for Heathrow, just across from the tube and bus stations.. Nice indoor pool and small spa.. Breakfast was good and more than acceptable. Staff were friendly.

This property was overall good! Super clean and staff were really friendly, food was available throughout the day and transportation was easy as the bus stop was right across the street and the tube station was just a small walk away.
