This is a great little family getaway! The kids loved at the pool and had a great time at the water slide!! I would have given all 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room wasn’t great, but the staff and management did everything they could. We will definitely be back!!

The manager at this property was great. We were given vouchers for free breakfast because it was my birthday. Lobby very nice and updated/renovated. The rest of the hotel is in major need of renovations though. Upon going into our room, the smell was awful and overpowering. Smelled musty and of mold. Carpets look very old and yucky. Should be ripped out and replaced with vinyl flooring since it’s waterproof. The humidity from the pool area clearly damaged the room and it really shouldn’t be used. Was in the room for 10-15 minutes, and my husband and I had burning in our throats. The manager was great, and switched us to another room. Just really think rooms should not be rented out in that condition.

Rooms are looking run down, particularly the bathrooms. The air conditioning is as also not getting the room very chilled, but it could have been just because our room was next to the atrium. But the pool is beyond excellent. Sometimes heated and sometimes not however. Overall, excellent place to take kids, but probably over priced if you’re not there for the pool.

The room was decent and the pool was beautiful. However, there was a weird smell in the fridge despite the fact that it was clean and it was a very long walk from the lobby to my room, which was extra difficult because I was travelling alone with my 5 year-old. The restaurant was handy and the food was really good.

Large pool, water is room temperature. Hot tub is fantastic!! Towels are provided. Water is checked multiple times a day.
Two queen beds are so comfortable, fluffy bedding and plush pillows. TV has good channels. Mini fridge was a plus!!
Beds are even good for squishmellows!!
Keurig is awesome! Coffee and tea available. Need to bring your own milk.

We had a lower floor room. There was a wedding going on as well as another party. We spent two nights of getting no sleep. Kids running up and down the halls all night the first night .The second night was a nightmare. We had people fighting in the hall outside our room. People screaming down the hallway this went on all night .We got up at 6am and drove home exhausted and wished we saved our money and went to a different place.We have always loved this spot but not anymore
