Really enjoyed our stay. Room was very nice and I loved the bathroom. Position was very central to lots of eating places, the Esplanade and night markets.

Once you worked out how to go from the carpark to the hotel, everything else was seamless and effort free. Staff were eager to help, but you didn't need any help. Everything in the room was as it should be, new condition, clean and well arranged. And the local area was all you could ask for.

We enjoyed our apartment here which was easy walking distance to all restaurants and shops in Central Cairns. Having a washer and dryer was a bonus. Staff were helpful and we enjoyed the pool which was on our floor. Would stay again.

Great accommodation in a good location around the corner from the main Esplanade. We stayed in an apartment which had everything you could need including laundry, kitchen with double fridge. The bedrooms are very small but with a seperate lounge area, this was fine. The only issue was that the ensuite shower had no hot water, even after running it for 10 min but there was a second bathroom in our 2 bedroom apartment, so we just used the other shower.

Love Crystalbrook properties. This was my first stay at the Bailey. It was very nice, funky. The restaurant downstairs is convenient and has great food. Rooms aren’t very large but very trendy and tastefully decorated. Bathroom was modern and clean.
