A price point way below the great quality
Amazing value for money considering the location and quality of the hotel. The walkway and transport network to other terminals is so easy as well this makes sense for an overnight at Heathrow. Food and drink at the restaurants was good and maybe slightly overpriced but normal for airport hotels and as it was good quality so not a problem.

I felt it’s convenient at night to come, but in the morning you can only take a bus for 6.80 every half hour to the terminals. The man who checked me in didn’t tell me about breakfast or the tube doesn’t run early bc I was checking out at 5am. The room smelled like an ashtray and had paint on the floor or what looked like dry paint. Overall clean except smell. The lobby is nice.

Another great day at the Crowne Plaza. Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. I asked politely if there was a room with a bathtub available, late at night and the receptionist went out of her way to find one. Very much appreciated 🙏

Friendly staff, easy check in, clean room and decent breakfast. The location is the main factor for me, I was exhausted coming back from my trip and it was really great just being a terminal away from a shower and bed. Things to work on: -I was a solo traveler and given a joined room and the door between the rooms was unlocked and it seemed like someone may have been in the room before I came because there was an empty water bottle and hotel key in the room. -The shower leaks out onto the bathroom floor and into the room where there is a gnarly looking stain on the carpet from it being perpetually wet. -Bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, I’m not sure the hotel can do much about this as it’s probably sewage but thought I’d mention it. Also, not a criticism as it’s just a personal preference, many of the room windows face the hotel lobby so you can’t really tell what time of day it is. Just thought I’d mention it if you’re like me and need daylight to wake up! Overall, this was my second stay at the T4 Crowne Plaza and it wasn’t bad, but my first experience was much better.
