No complaints really just wished that the blinds went up a bit more as they only went up half way. Olivia was very kind and accomedating. Would definently recommend and stay again.

The location was good, nice distance to a tube station and right on the edge of a nice park which was next to a canal and had some good walks. The room was fairly compact and very warm. The window didn't open but there was aircon, although it dripped about twice a second, reception reported they were aware of an issue with it and had someone coming after I was due to checkout a few days later. The bathroom had an extractor fan which seemingly didn't have an off switch and sounded like a car with a lose fan belt. Room ended up smelling strongly of damp due to the leaking aircon and lack of ventilation ability so not the best of nights sleeps.

Room was nice enough, but couldn't open any windows - there was Aircon but it wasn't very effective. Cobwebs in the window and around the frame. No bathroom bin and no bag in the general bin in the room. Main light didn't work, only lights by the bed and bathroom - not much of an issue since we were out in the evening anyway. The blinds were remote controlled, but we had to unplug them as they would go up of their own accord, once at 6am and again at 7am. On balance, an average place to stay.

Great find at a reasonable price compared to many others in London. Great transport links as less than a 5 minute walk to the Mile End tube station. Lovely staff on arrival who gave a very warm welcome. It isn’t a fully manned 24 hour reception though so be wary if that’s what you need. Pleasantly surprised by the triple room. It was really spacious and had lovely Temple spa toiletries. Fully equipped with everything you need, if I’m being picky, I didn’t like the colour of the walls as found it hard when putting make up on in the mirrors. It was hard to get any natural light in the room. Overall, a great property in a great location and I would definitely stay again!!

Security was an issue.
The only two rooms that were available both had the handles broken off the windows, meaning it was impossible to shut the windows. This posed a security risk (especially as the fire escape outside meant it was possible that somebody could get in). Both rooms that I saw were very tired and needed updating (furniture peeling, carpets with burns in them). The photos were not representative of the current state of the rooms unfortunately. The lady who served me was quite apologetic and did what she could, however she did say that no other guest had raised an issue about the broken windows, which is quite hard to believe. I was also quite confused as to how or why handles had been broken clean off two different windows. Very strange. My request for a full refund was processed quickly and without any question. The lady that helped me did try her best to find me alternative accommodation at a couple of siste hotels.

Washroom was good but small, though the shower was large and great. Washroom door didn't really close. More hooks or hangers would be good. Otherwise, room was good value for being on the edge of Zone 1.

Conveniently located for trip to ABBA Arena
Came down for ABBA Voyage so it was conveniently located and a very reasonable price for 2 nights. Room was big enough with a good sized private toilet and shower. Unless you left the air con on all the time there was a slight damp smell in the room especially as you couldnt open the window. No noise from the bar downstairs despite other reviews. Bar offered 10% off for residents on food and drink.

Room 4. No soap or shampoo in room. Very firm mattress and very soft pillows. Nowhere to hang coats or towels. Air conditioning unit leaked through the night, resulting in wet coats and carpet. Nice place and enjoyed our stay, lovely staff, relaxed environment, and lovely pizza! Definitely a few areas that could be improved though.

There was only one small window in our room that we couldn't open, and the climate control unit would kick on every few minutes at night, and was a bit noisy. Otherwise, everything was as advertised. Comfortable bed, big shower, nice and clean. Easy check-in & check-out, nice to be near the Underground, and there is a bus stop right across the street. One note, the page says there is free coffee & tea available in the lobby, but the bar isn't staffed until 3pm, and the room only had a kettle for tea, no coffee.
