Great service from the staff. Very welcoming and accomodating throughout our stay. The room was big and clean. The tube was only 5mins away, very convenient. There's also shops/pub across the road to grab some food. Lovely hotel.

Damaged lift - may be long term issue
OK business hotel; little tired decorations wide. Big issue was lack of a lift which is out of order...looks to be a long term problem and whilst 4 floors is manageable it did make me think twice about going out!

Great location and comfortable stay
Location is great, close to a tube station and with lots of amenities close by. Friendly staff, comfortable room (with a quirky design) and nice hot shower. Minor disadvantage is no breakfast offered but plenty of options close by. During my stay lift became out of order on day 2 and remained out of service for the remaining 2 days

Nice room only let down by the towels
Nice modern room with an unusual layout but it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, it was nice to be able to open the window to get fresh air and it was very quiet so had a great nights sleep. Only downside was no hand towels and smaller than average bath towels.

Great location
Got a great last minute deal. We were in the basement room which was pleasant enough. The window opened which was useful as the room gets warm quickly. Front desk staff welcoming. Only slight issue was the bath towels, they're very small!

Compact, clean and comfortable hotel
Compact but clean and comfortable hotel only a few mins walk from Hammersmith tube, theatres and the Apollo. Slightly odd placement of the shower in a cupboard, but given the price all in quite acceptable.

My friend and I booked this hotel last minute as we were in an appalling Airbnb situation and had to leave our booking 12 days early. This hotel was such a relief! Beginning with the welcome from the team, through to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, we felt at home. One thing to be mindful of is that some rooms are below ground level and even though they are light and airy, there is no outside view. It didn't bother us, but might not appeal to everyone. The hotel is located close to Hammersmith railway station, and all our favourite pubs and restaurants, so we'll definitely be back.
