Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. We were upgraded to an executive room free of charge without requesting it, but unsure what made it executive other than the fact it faced outwards rather than other rooms on the inside of the circular building. The room was basic, and the decor tired, but you get what you pay for, and it certainly is in an excellent location for the airport which is why we chose it.

The check-in process was very slow and the staff do not greet guests in a nice manner as most other hotels do. The hotel is well located and parking 9s good. The hotel is very tired and worn and needs a makeover to freshen it up to make it a nicer environment to stay at.

We had a 16 hour layover in Heathrow and decided to get a room since we'd still have 20 hours of travel ahead of us. I will definitely book a room here again, should I have another layover like that. The staff was friendly and very helpful with getting us around. We had dinner at the restaurant at the hotel, and it was AMAZING. It was Indian cuisine, but they had fish and chips, and a burger on the menu as well.
