Good for an overnight stay. The cost of getting to the airport (even Terminal 3) needs to be factored in to the price of this hotel i.e. add at least £20 to the cost of your stay here for the trip/tax (unless you get the <£2 bus from across the road). Otherwise, the room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable with good public transport on the doorstep.

The hotel is clean, kind, and welcoming staff. We only stayed here overnight after a late return from Paris to be near Heathrow. We had a great sleep. Beds very comfy, room was very clean and looked new. The bathroom was roomy and very clean as well. I'd definitely stay with Ibis again. My daughter even said we should've stayed at Ibis in Paris. It was right next to our hotel. I like the modern deco. The price is also very reasonable.

Hotel is okay for one night stay and going to Heathrow to catch a flight. The staff are not very knowledgeable or helpful specially if you are female travellers. Breakfast too expensive for what you get and the restaurant is not part of the hotel so you have to pay separately. I will not stay here again.

Requested cot prior to arrival as was due to arrive at my baby’s bedtime . Cot wasn’t in room N took 15 mins to arrive . I guess wasn’t a priority even though I asked to even carry it myself so it could be quicker . When it arrived it was absolutely disgusting marks on mesh , broken n wobbly had to put a chair next to it . So the hotel makes all that money and can’t afford a new travel cot ? Ridiculous!! Room was located in a very inconvenient place in the annexe . Mould n rust in bathroom .just a terrible stay

The room was not clean, and the worst is that no WiFi on the floor they put us in. I requested 3 separate beds and I got a queen and sofa bed. The beds also were uncomfortable. No phone in the room because the line was not working and they never repaired it. I had no access to a phone. Dirty rugs. I was not vacuumed well inside the bedroom.
