Staff at check-in was courteous. The room was clean and basic. We asked for a higher floor and were assured we were on the 4th floor. Turns out that the 4th floor in the wing we were in is actually the ground floor. We set the temperature at 19 when we went to bed. We woke up around midnight and the temperature was 25. When I called the front desk they told me there was nothing they can do about it unless they get a few calls then they would call maintenance.

Friendly staff, good location near Western

Stopped in for a night as I had to be at University Hospital for a few days. Convenient location near Western campus. I’ve stayed in the past and it’s a good place for team meetings and events. Lots of parking. Restaurant and bar. Staff are friendly. Mix of updated and dated room features.

The room was a bit small,but very clean.The problem with this entire place is the maze to find your room,and the lack of elevators in the building. With only 1 elevator when you get off of it your room could be 3 city street blocks away from the front desk ,not a place to stay if your walking ability is poor,other then that this place is a excellent place,with a friendly and very Helpful staff.

I expected something more.

We chose this facility as it was close to the hospital and looked good on the website. The price point was in the top three listed for London. Based on this I expected more. The lobby was small, uninspiring and had not been vacuumed during the day - salt and water everywhere on the floor. The decorations were almost non existent. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and washroom clean and well appointed. But the room was almost ridiculously small. Only one person could walk across the room at a time meaning someone had to move to sit on the bed of the other wanted to use the washroom. It was “OK” but really as one of the three most expensive places in London I expected more. The restaurant at breakfast was pricy but the meal took so long to come out we couldn’t eat it as we had an appointment 5 minutes away. We have ours elves 45 minutes to eat breakfast but it wasn’t enough. I wish I could be more positive but as someone who has travelled extensively for business I felt this really was not value for money.

I had a lovely day. The only negative and it really was not a problem, is that there is no elevator from the fourth and fifth floor. My suite was on the fifth floor, but they were extremely accommodating and helped me with my luggage. All in all it was a lovely stay.
