1 night stay before international travel
Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Appreciated the restaurant and bar availability after a long day of travel and also for the convenient and extensive breakfast buffet. The beds were very comfortable and the room had good amenities with nice decor. My only issue was with the bathroom—the door had water damage on the interior and the wall looked like it was missing some shelving. Overall a comfortable stay for our 1 night before we flew out of Heathrow.

A short stay
It was a short stay, to meet friends and relatives living nearby. Overall, it was a good stay, but one of the faulty lights in the bathroom mirror did not get rectified. It was disappointing to not get a room upgrade, having a Gold Member status; apparently, the hotel have changed their policy and now only offer the upgrade for one night only.

Happy - Again!!!
Check in was easy, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices. We’ve stayed at the Leonardo a number of times before when flying back to Canada, and will do so again.
