It looked more on college dormitory. It is very boxed. The breakfast was excellent. The property has a very poor air circulation system. Air conditioning not worked property. LHR is very close, but you need to stay while in transit. This hotel is not my kind of hotel.

As a regular to Leonardo, I still consider it as one of the best around Heathrow. On this occasion though, my room thermostat was defaulted 28deg and wouldn't go down, best i could do was set it to cool. As you would imagine, not a very pleasant sleep. I know I should have called the technicians or changed room but after a really long day, I just wanted to get some rest. Otherwise, pleasant hotel, parking available, there are airpot shuttles and the food from the restaurant tastes nice. I will be back

Perfect stay for an early flight! Conveniently close to the airport terminal with reasonable taxi fares. The bar/restaurant is slightly pricey, but dining there is optional. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a fantastic runway view, with a full English breakfast included

Great hotel - clean, comfortable and friendly
Really easy check - room/bathroom was clean, fresh and had a really comfortable bed. Great value for money vs the other hotels near to Heathrow. Will be coming back in the future for sure! The restaurant/bar has great service and was really nice for an evening drink!

Great place tucked away from the busy road and very conveniently located for the Airport. I had a few nights of good sleep protected from the noise of flights landing and taking off from the other side of the road. A little more attention to service and it's a 10/10!
