Deceiving.....
Booked a king bed online got to the hotel and ended up with a disabled room and a queen bed it was comfortable but not what I booked. I should have read the small print. Reception Wanted Ā£20 to upgrade to what I booked...a bit sneaky I thought.

This is a very good property with a great location. Big Ben is a six minute walk directly in front of the hotel. The London Eye is two blocks away. It is less than a five minute walk to both Waterloo underground and national rail stations and many other sights can be walked to in under 25 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for its convenience.

We booked this stay as a way to make our early Heathrow flight a bit easier. We arrived at 9 pm and were checked in quickly. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We unfortunately didn't have time to check out any of the hotel's amenities, but it looked like they had a great bar in the lobby. Note that the airport shuttle available is run by another entity and costs 6.90 pp.

Convenient to airport. The airport Hoppa bus comes by regularly and cost around $8/person. The room was warm, so we opened the window (the AC was not on) and the traffic and airport noise was loud. The bed and pillows were a little hard. There is a restaurant in the hotel and room service. Overall a good stay.

Restaurant and bar excellent. Very comfortable bed and quiet room. All in all we had a great experience and would recommend. Only downside was that transport to terminal was very expensive considering the distance travelled.
