Convenient location by the airport for an overnight layover. The only disappointment for me was the quality of food at the restaurant. Chicken wings seemed undercooked/greasy and burger was nothing to rave on about. Staff attentiveness was excellent, however.

It was conviniently located near the airport, and nice to have a restaurant onsite but it's anrun down hotel, uncomfortable bed, corners of doors/showers/walls broken, chipped paint, not clean enough overall, soap dispenser was empty. Obviously housekeeping didn't do a detailed enough job.

Property wasn't bad. Location is a bit remote from anywhere useful but made do. The reception staff helpful for the most part, and polite. Warm rooms, breakfast modest and a cheeky gym. I tried to connect youtube on the TV but the hotel staff were clueless and so was the 'maintenance guy.' The chaps response was 'we don't normally do this' - whatever that means. (You can do this via connecting to wifi via web browser on the tv) and the access youtube. Otherwise nice small, convenient hotel. Being overly strict - a few of the the cleaning staff had their earphones in having full on conversations with someone giving a hint of unprofessionalism.

Great location, but the staff could do with a refresher on customer service. It took EIGHT calls on various numbers, including two to reception, just to get a room-service sandwich. And when i asked, on leaving, where the Heathrow shuttle bus stopped, i was told 'outside', before the young receptionist returned to his riveting conversation about sport with his colleagues. Then the bus was cancelled, and it took another guest going back inside and asking about it before we were informed. Pretty poor stuff. The place looks nice, though.

A long queue at arrival to gain room entry even though I'd previously checked in. The room was freezing cold!!! a man came along and fiddled with controls then said he would bring a fan heater. I left the room, too cold to stay and went and had food and drink, I checked at the reception and was told all was sorted, I came back to a mildly warm room but no fan heater. I slept until 4am and woke as I was so cold, could nt get any heater back on, and I hadnt turned it off, rang reception just after 4am and an oil filled radiator was brought to the room which has at last started to warm it............ so, in sum up very disapointed and wont be coming back..............

Staff was very nice that the best thing liked about the hotel but otherwise I stayed at holiday inn next block will prefer anytime that one as it provides more in same amount of money. Breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety, room was too cold requested room heater but noon was available. Not a very great experience but staff was good so it make our stay lil easy
