Have stayed twice and tried to ear the overpriced food with a service charge , Both time couldnt eat , rubbish service and food . Staff busy talking to each other , chefs and waiting staff , forgetting customers , food and customer service

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was small but extremely functional! It’s a super close walk to the tube. The area felt safe, but it was noisy. There’s a hospital near so I heard a lot of ambulances. There are tons of places to eat in the area, as well as downstairs in the restaurant. I’d definitely stay here again!

Cool hotel, comfy bed, cool spot for sightseeing
Great hotel in a really good spot. Iron&wood intrerior is very pleasant, wooden floors and comfy bed. Room was very clean. We explored a lot and it was easy to get to everywhere as tube was just couple of mins away and we’d be overall in ~20mins at all tourist destinations.

Good hotel, clean, attentive staff with good facilities. Bed was hard, I never slept but my wife did so down to personal preference. Bar prices I found extortionate £43 for a double G&T and a double vodka coke, no price list and not told cost of drinks when paying bill, just asked for card. Breakfast = not keen on turkey rashers instead of Bakon.
