No shower gel when Y checked in. The room smelled and the A/C didnā€™t work. They had also soup and vegan sandwiches to buy after 11pm. Everyone was ordering from Deliveroo. Sorry but iā€™m not keen on staying there again.

5/minutes from Bayswater Tube station, quiet location, good lifts (wheelchair accessible), couple of ok pubs nearby too serving food. Hotel well maintained, staff polite and efficient although I would take breakfast elsewhere as not great.

Great stay
Found the staff to be very helpfull and accommodating, a special thanks to Nina at reception. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Hotel was located very close to the motorway so going to and from work was a breeze. When im next in the area will not hesitate to rebook.

It was OK. Close to transportation (underground) but for the price (Yes Taylor Swift was playing that night) I wish I stayed closer to downtown London. Lighting in bathroom was not good. Bathroom set up in general wasnā€™t good. There was nothing terrible about the stay just nothing they would make me want to stay there again.
