Really lovely hotel with stunning bedroom and bathroom. Decor was dated but clean and tidy. It felt very luxurious. Shame that it's so far from Heathrow and that the taxi drivers take advantage with their prices for a 7 minute ride.

Basic room without slippers as expected for a 4-star hotel. Requested 2 bathrobes twice, was told in laundry but never came. Breakfast Buffet is very nice with British style breakfast, croissants, fruit and juice, Greek yogurt, etc. Spa is also great with clean changing room, hot jacuzzi, steam room and sauna

We had an overnight flight arriving in London early in the morning. I was traveling with my daughter who is ten and knew we may not make it until check in time at our hotel near Wembley at 2 before needing some sleep. I booked the Radisson Blu because it was right at the airport so the shortest taxi ride and we were there. I had booked for the night before and then let the hotel know so we would have a room ready and waiting for us. It was cheaper to do this than to pay for an extra night at our other hotel thanks to a deal through Expedia.com. The staff had us pre checked in so we were able to go right up to the room after they handed us our key. The bed was actually extremely comfortable. We also showered and freshened up before starting our vacation in London. Staff was friendly. Also hotel is located right next to a McDonalds which was another win with the ten year old. Would recommend this hotel.

While the staff was attentive and friendly while we stayed there for one night, I find that the elevators are very slow (need updating) and the carpeting in the hallway leading to the rooms and the ones in the room desperately need deep steam cleaning. There is a musty smell in some areas, as well, re: carpet (hallways and rooms) and visible stains on the carpets in the restaurant.

Clean Hotel and Great staff. Pricing is also good for the room. Lobby and restaurant are gorgeous. Room was also clean - decoration and colors are a bit dark but that also depends on preference - room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. The restaurant is excellent, the food was delicious but pricey and with somewhat limited options. Dinner for 2 cost us more than the room rate for 1 night. Shuttle to airport is available for a fee per person. Takes about 30 min to get to airport because it makes stops. Uber is a 5-7 min ride to airport.
