Clean room with a comfortable bed. Nice powerful rain shower, although the glass shower door only covered half the shower unit only and water sprayed out onto bathroom floor if standing aback from the shower. Also there was a large poorly filled in crack across the bathroom counter. Very nice elegant lobby. Front desk staff although friendly not very willing to help and prefered the guest did the legwork, such as contacting housekeeping, rather than do it themselves. Only a single front desk staff member seen much of the time and if more than one, then on more than one occasion, saw the additional staff member finish serving a guest and then leave the front desk and not return, even though there were other guests waiting to be served. Higher standards excepted for the class of hotel and price paid.

This hotel is in a great location with the hoppa bus servicing it to the terminals. Uber is also cheap from the hotel to airport. The rooms were large and comfortable. We did request a wake up call which didn't come, but luckily we also set an alarm ourselves (thankfully). Just something to keep in mind if you rely on wake up calls for early flights
