The room was very very tiny....it was on 4th floor no elevator...the walls were paper thin and I could clearly hear everything the couple in next room were doing and I mean everyone till 3am The room was clean...carpets were old Housekeeping lady was excellent The location was good...it was walking distance to 4 different tube stations Also very close to Hammersmith

Like the area it was in. Plenty of options for food and local Sainsbury’s very near. Easy to get to and from and not a far walk to get to the underground. Staff very helpful

Surprisingly good! Its a strange setup, several differently named hotels next to each other, but operating as one, but the organisation was professional, the security modern, the rooms spotlessly clean the beds comfy, and the linen lovely. The hotel location is good for me, a short walk to Shepherd’s Bush or main route bus stop nearby, would recommend as no-frills stop over in London

The property itself has no check in counter. The check in is located in the other hotel unit. The property is reachable by buses but far away from the major transporttion such as underground/tube or train stations.

First room I got hadn’t been serviced so KFC and dirty bedding and towels everywhere. I then went and spoke to reception and they didn’t apologise just gave me another card to a room which was in another building with no signs. To top this off I then had to listen to drum and bass all night from the room next door

Very nice little hotel that is perfectly located in an area that has a lot of nice food options and is a 25 minute drive to Heathrow. We stayed for one night and it was perfect for us.
