I booked the hotel because it said it had a hotel shuttle. Turned out the shuttle was going to take another 45 minutes to arrive (11:40) pm so I had to take a Ā£25 taxi to the hotel. The room I booked had a bathtub which I was excited to have but there was no bathtub and they told me that was because I hadnā€™t asked for one ! Why would I ask for something that was in the listing? If I ever book a Sheraton again Iā€™ll make sure to specifically request a bed

Great one night stay before heading out for an early flight from LHR. Restaurant is very good for dinner and rooms nice. Skip the shops bus and just take an Uber or Taxi.

The hotel is amazing and the staff is great. Other than a long distance from elevator to my room. I got lost several times it was by far the best hotel. The only dilemma is that it is far from city center and there is not a train station close.
