Arriving at the correct Sheraton?
Required hotel to catch morning flight at Heathrow ā€“ fitted the bill. Confusion caused by TWO Sheraton hotels on the same road was unhelpful ā€“ cab driver didn't even know, required a further cab at Ā£25 to get to the correct one. Suggest creating clearer delineation between the two with secondary names or branding.

The stay was unexpected due to a cancelled flight at LHR. The room appeared very clean and nice. Sadly I got bedbug bites on my legs and feet from here. The breakfast was good and I included it in my stay. I would for sure recommend to purchase the add on.

Very close to terminal 5. Comfortable room. Restaurant, bar and check in closes at midnight. Our flight was delayed and we barely made the check in. Transport to airport by Hoppa not frequent and when we asked the hotel to book a taxi, we got a car hire instead which was more expensive than a taxi.
