Great stay. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and spacious. The food at the Cast Iron was not what I expected. There was only one steak option on the menu and it was overpriced. The barbeque sauce on the ribs looked and tasted like baked beans sauce; it was runny and my son found, what looked like, a bean in it, definitely not what Americans call barbeque sauce. The lobby was super busy with flight crews standing about waiting for whatever they needed. Still, all in all, a nice place to stay.

Stayed here 2 nights for the 1st time as was flying out to HK. Bed is amazing , slept like a king, customer service is also amazing, however standards are definitely not of a 5 star … even if this is an airport hotel… I payed a lot of money for this and I’ve started in better 3/4 star hotels! •there was hair in the bathroom right next to the towels , only one but then again you are supposedly staying in a 5 star (you do not expect to see the latter ) •I did go down for breakie late as I did not need to get to the airport early…but it was messy (no idea if this happens cause breakfast finishes at 10.30. I thought staff were fed up but then again it’s supposed to be a 5 star! - good food but uncleaned tables; asked for Worcester sauce , they looked at me as if I was speaking other language , come on ….; •I was also approached by a waiter asking me To one tables, that. could not sit on that side of the room as it was already closed ! Anyway , the Asian lady at reception is lovely and very professional and so are the others but she was really welcoming . Thanks all at at reception. I’m suggest management revisits 5 * standards for bar; restaurant; cleanliness and English language for employees who are not native speakers (i could not believe they did it have it knew what Worcester Sauce is and I def like it in my beans , I know… may seem ott but having paid such money come on…

This hotel contains a car rental depot, which is convenient for pick up and drop off from Heathrow. This Is really it’s only selling feature. The staff are typically reserved and surly. The dining room service is atrocious — People are ignored and abandoned routinely.
