The hotel is a little dated—somewhat shabby beyond the reception area. Was hugely disappointed to find there was no shuttle to Heathrow. Expected that to be a given. With a tip the 10 minute uber ride cost us more than $50, so factor that in when pricing hotels in the area. Breakfast was good. The Sports Bar was overpriced and quite slow.

Very generic - the pool area which was in the photos was closed. The plug sockets in the room were for foreign plugs ?!?! They didn't have an information book which would have been really helpful

The property was nice but our room was very humid. I don’t think the air conditioning was working so it was a very uncomfortable sleep. Also, we specifically booked this hotel because it had the airport shuttle however when we got there, they said they no longer offered the shuttle. This information should have been communicated to customers who had booked before this change was made. It cost almost £40 to take a cab to the airport.

Basic "deluxe" room
The room was rather basic, but adequate for our one night stay. The bathroom door would not close, it was out of alignment with the door frame. The air conditioning control was broken and the AC was noisy, so we ended up turning it off altogether. We had a good meal in the hotel restaurant in the evening.
