I had a lovely time here. really great staff, nice facilities, lovely atmosphere. rooms are nice. Great outdoor seating. Short walk to all the cool places in greenwich. The staff are very helpful. All the staff was super friendly but Ambrose in particular went above and beyond helping me go downstairs with my sore foot and was super kind and helpful. The property is clean, convenient but one of the main reasons I keep coming back is the staff make me feel safe and comfortable whenever I stay here. Thank you team Greenwich for making me feel at home and Ambrose for going the extra mile ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice friendly staff the doors could do with a soft touch too noisy when closed and opened during the night corridor and toliet doors and shower doors too noisy the kitchen needs cleaning with Rentokil as I spotted two cockrocils insects not clean or wooden kitchen needs ripping out and replacing if water or holes.

It’s just okay. You get exactly what you pay for - the staff is awesome! But everything else is bleh. Whatever you do DO NOT park in the parking ramp that’s connected to the building to the right. They lock you out of your car from midnight to 7am and there’s nothing anyone can do.
