An outstanding Olde English experience in the very bustling city of London. Hammersmith is a lovely and quiet area but we had no difficulty traveling around the city due to the bus stop right outside the door of the hotel. Just a couple of stops and we were on the Underground heading anywhere we wanted. The staff of the hotel were wonderful, very welcoming and kind. Special shoutout to Nicoletta who helped us on two different occasions with issues! We highly recommend this quaint gem in London!

The style of this hotel is such a surprise as it's based in a business area but the rooms, the design is so cozy with a lovely Victorian vibe giving a sense of being in a total different place in England than London which is exactly what we were looking for. The staff are lovely, welcoming and professional. Quick check in and change of room upon requesting a double bed instead of 2 single. We had dinner at their restaurant and it was absolutely delicious, highly recommended. Very pleased with our stay.
