We only stayed one night however the room we were allocated was very small (Room No 6) were we to stay in this hotel again we would refuse Room 6 ! Also between the hours of 10.30pm thru 12.30am because Room 6 is nearby a staircase/bar it was extremely noisy with guests arguing and being noisy.

Lovely place, breakfast a bit lacking ..
Lovely hotel, enjoyed our stay. Only downside was breakfast, staff appeared quite stressed and the continental buffet was lacking most things, fruit option down to a plum or satsuma, no marmalade or bread on the self service area, had to ask, toast was white bread only and coffee was luke warm… didn’t wish to hassle the already stressed staff and others were asking anyway. Overall would stay again, back in the area in a few weeks, but maybe order the hot breakfast instead 🤔

Overnight stay in London
Hotel looks luxurious on first entry ,staff were friendly on check in .Room was of reasonable size and decorated tastefully .Unfortunately we were woken in the night by the constant noise of machinery .Reception feigned knowledge of this ,but I suspect they knew exactly where it came from .Would I stay again .possibly if we didn't get the same room .

Beautiful historic building, comfortable rooms!
Beautiful building and comfortable room, with friendly and efficient reception. Great for the events at the Apollo and had a really good nights sleep. Would definitely stay again.

The check-in was fast, this required pre-planning and we appreciate it very much. The staff were friendly. We were lucky enough to have a ground-floor room, albeit it was at the walkway to the bar. This means that everyone who walks past can see inside the room if your door is open (only room 6). Nonetheless, I think the staff did a good job, we hardly heard any noise or steps. The room has limited space but given the age of this building, we think it is okay. The room has everything you need. The hotel is near Hammersmith Underground, within walking distance, of eateries and shopping. We had a good stay. Thank you!

Overall, a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and always helpful. I was traveling abroad. They did allow me to check in early and always very eager to help. My only complaint if there is one is that sometimes it look like they did not make up the room. Somedays it looked tidy, other days it did not.

Lovely old building but well kept inside. Very quiet overnight, despite being on a main road. We stayed overnight Saturday and easily found street parking next door (chargeable only to 6.30). Friendly staff, nice room.
