Reception staff fine, although had to repeat some of the check-in details I'd already provided on an online check-in Room tiny and not really suitable for 2 people. Shower grubby. Bed small for 2 people. Microwave and hob installed but absolutely no crockery, pots or cutlery to allow you to use them.

This hotel presents itself to be a very fancy place however that was far from our stay at the Ark Hotel in Canary Wharf. The room had an unpleasant odour, the floors weren’t clean and there was blood on the wall of the bathroom. The bed felt as if it was broken and my partner and I had to climb over each other to get in and out. The bathroom was so small and so was the shower. The shower door was hanging off and the window wouldn’t stay open. Which was necessary since there wasn’t any aircon. The location was great for our requirements and the pool area seemed nice. But for the price I was expecting better. I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Loved staying at this property full of many useful amenities. As a working professional, this hotel had everything I needed - cafe, multiple co-working spaces, pool, sauna, etc. Hotel is very well maintained and feels very safe with friendly staff. I'd highly recommend for any young working professional. Will definitely be returning!

Small residential flat rented on a daily price
This was the 2nd time when I stayed at this 4 stars rated hotel, 2 nights each time. The room is that small that you cannot strech your both arms, or leave your luggage open.There were no glasses in the room, no hangers in the closet, no hairdryer, or iron board.The bathroom is so small that the floor mat cannot be fully open on the floor. The room was clean, but it's definetly not a 4 star hotel, I tend to believe it's more like a residential building that gets rented on a daily basis. Suitable for one person only.
