Great for small stays
All the amenities was in place for a comfortable stay,was different to what I viewed but more or less the same outlay. Had to walk from where I was supposed to stay about a forty minutes walk. So by the time I had finished a twelve hour shift I was two hours later getting to my place of rest. Was very hot in the room which I turned off the heating and wanted to open the bedroom window to air the room out but could not due to it being damaged,gandle wise. But still had a great sleep waking up with a dried throat. All in all for the area and being a ten minute walk to work was great and relaxing even though I never used the full potential of the place only for sleeping. Area was great and safe.

Jasper Walk no where near where I booked!
The apartment wasn’t where I wanted to be, the location changed and wasn’t clear and it also wasn’t clear I had to pick the keys up from another location which wasn’t nearby at all.

DO NOT GO HERE
Avoid this place!!! Small print on listing it says we have 50 apartments and will place you at one. If you go to address of listed apartment no one will be there. You have to drive forever to get to office we’re they give you a key and then potentially another 45 minutes to where they assigned you an apartment. I only booked it because it was by my meeting place... not a half an hour away. $85 cab process. Place was run down and not like the pictures.

Apartment was far from what the pictures led us to believe. It was not modern at all and the carpet did not seem very trustworthy. We found bugs in the bedroom, living room table was wobbly, kitchen hood light was not working, and we had barely enough tableware for the 4 of us.

First off the checkin process is not clear in Expedia website, Expedia staff:Please add clear instructions in Expedia website for this London apartments which are individual owned apartments located all over London. Second, the London apartments management should send Emil details well in advance and Expedia need to mention that there are special instructions to follow to go to the office located in downtown London and collect the Keyes for a random apartment anywhere in London. Expedia should be clear about this instructions and also should NOT give the WRONG address of London apartment (huge building still under construction). I had tough time going to this under construction apartments and then call the Expedia mentioned phone number and use Uber to visit their office (after spending 1.5 hours of travel from airport). I had to spend 3 hours locating and trying to locate their office (there are two offices based on north or south side apartments) and sign up (the staff there is also clueless and not clear on the providing clear instructions to follow for people arriving into London from other countries) and collect the keys for the apartment located in White chapel area (good location) The apartment I was assigned is well furnished and good and has all kitchen items, dishwasher, washer/dryer. But the negatives is they give towels, toiler paper for one day only, rest is on us to buy and use for the next few days if you plan to stay for few days.

The apartment was in a great location to visit the Tower of London and the Tower Bridge. We had no Wi-Fi the first day. Once we advised them, it was fixed right away. We had difficulties getting the bedroom window shut. The main shower head had no pressure and little water came out of it, but the hand held one worked well. Very close to a tube station.

Horrible customer service at your first location with the guys. Blamed us for not having the right address. Also, had us drive around and around. The women were better with customer service. I absolutely hate it.

This is a scam, please dont waste your money. They dont give the exact address of the place because it is in a slum area, the exact address is in Aldgate Rd, we were driving around to find the address but we couldnt find it till we kept asking the customer service of the place, only then they gave the exact address which wasnt safe and in a slum area.

BEWARE! You may not be booking an apartment in the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments!
I reserved a 2 bedroom apartment in the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments. When I checked-in, I was informed that our apartment was not in the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments but instead at Leyton House, which is 30 minutes away by public transport. The front desk staff informed me that London Bridge ABC Properties uses the Tower Bridge Superior Apartments as their default listing on Homeaway.com but reserves apartments at their other properties based on availability. This is false advertisement and a horrible practice because I specifically booked the apartment for their location. Very disappointing!

Horrible. Traveled from the US for a 3day stay. Arrived at the office for a 1500 check in. Upon checking in the lady at the desk informed us that the apartment had not been cleaned yet but that the cleaners would be soon arriving. Got to the apartment about 30 mins later and the place was trashed from the previous occupants. Waited around for an hour and a half and still no cleaner showed up. Ended up going back to the place, turned in the key and asked for a reimbursement (which I still have not received).

Not the way it looked online!
The flat was owned by a company and apparently they have several more properties in London. We booked online and was happy to select the one which was shown on the confirmation, however in reality they allocated us entirely different flat at different location and with very poor condition. Microwave not working No cutlery Broken toilet seat Poor cleaning Worst thing was that on the second night the electricity of the flat was gone and it appears to have an issue with the wiring. We were without any electricity for hours and upon many complaints and spending hours on calls they relocated us into the different flat.
