Pass for Me. One and Done.
The stay wasn’t ideal at all. The hotel doesn’t have A/C. The elevators take forever. When we got there we were told to park about a 10 min walk from the location and there was a lady that smelled terribly in the lobby. The room smelled like cigarettes. At night people were fighting outside which disturbed our sleep. The only ideal thing is how close to the Venice boardwalk it is.

This was an excellent stay only because of the scenery but the hotel(efficiency) was little to nothing like it looks online! On top of all that when I checked in witch was hour early(pretty cool) but my headboard was broken windows didn’t fully close all the way and the floors needed to be swept and mopped much better!

베니스 비치 바로 앞이라 왔다갔다 하기 좋고 조용한 편은 아니에요! 그치만 제가 갔을 때 스태프분들이 전부 친절하셨습니다. 전기포트가 없어서 끓인 물 구하기가 좀 힘드니 컵라면 드실 분들은 전기포트 챙겨가시면 좋을 듯해요.! 바로 앞에 자전거 대여점이 있어서 여기 숙소 묵고있다고 하면 20분 서비스도 주십니다.

So if you’re here for a couple of days for work, this place ain’t bad! Only thing is you’re going to have to park a few blocks away at the Renaissance in a lot that is $20 per day. The lobby does smell a little weird due to lack of airflow, and the rooms without AC do have rotating fans with built-in cooling. I wasn’t burning up because the fans were large enough to cover the whole studio apt with cool air, so that wasn’t too bad. Also, DoorDash delivers right to your door, which is nice. There was a fridge, freezer, and microwave as well as a TV and WiFi. If you NEED parking, NEED working AC and NEED more accommodations than just basic, I’d suggest a hotel. But if you’re good with dealing with a couple of minor kinks in exchange for fabulous access to the beach, this place is great! Front desk was always helpful and polite.

This was an older building with no air conditioning, but not need as it is right on the beach and the breezes flow through the rooms. I had a wonderful relaxing stay and will go again soon to same hotel...:)
