I love it here! I will always stay here for my little staycations and recommend my family stay here too when they come to visit. Staff is always pleasant and nice. Room is clean and smells great! Easy check in and out. Parking is a little tight but it easy!

We brought our son to Universal Studios to celebrate his 17th Birthday. Loved that the hotel was only 20mins from Universal. There was lots of dinning options near by. Great customer service at the front desk. It's our second time staying here. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The front desk agent was friendly and helpful but the first room we were given already had someone staying in it and so we were given a room closer to the freeway. Overall, still a nice stay.

Rooms are similar throughout the chain. Layout is good. Beds are great. Pool and spa are excellent. Very family friendly vibe. We often stay at Best Western Plus. We like the way the hotels are usually spread out and low rise. When breakfast is included it is excellent, too.

This place is amazing ! After my terrible experience at the rental car place, the customer service I received here was OUTSTANDING. The gentleman was so nice. The room was so clean! The pillows and the bed were so comfortable. Also the AC unit actually worked! The hotel was A .
