For sure I will not stay in this hotel again for 2 main reasons as the other reviews say. The bed and the noises. We only touch the bed with our hands, it makes a lot of noises. We are sitting on it, it’s screaming everywhere. We are lying down, and we immersed in a hole. We experience pain in the neck, back and waist. Horrible. I think it's easy to replace defective mattresses since many customers complain about this problem. The second reason is the noise. It's as if the rooms are separated by simple sheets of paper. The guess in the room beside is breathing, we can hear it. The person coughs, we hear it, they speak, it’s as if they are in our presence. People are making noise at all hours of the night, 1, 2, 3 am in the hallway. I've never seen that.

Staff was friendly & polite. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the person in the next room was watching a movie with the volume turned up so lunch that we could hear it through the walls which created a tough environment to fall asleep in. Finally at 2:30 AM I called the front desk to complain. Eventually the noise discontinued. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a decent place to stay.

I was a little disappointed that there was not a variety of pastries and no boiled eggs offered for breakfast. The breakfast sufficed though and it’s not a deal breaker. I’d stay there again!

Hôtel while had recent updates to flooring it was poorly installed the planks were popping and separating. They could do with a revamp on the door hinges the doors were heavy and slammed so adjacent rooms would wake you up. The first room we were checked into had no A/C and half the electrical did not work, lights and plugs. They wanted to send someone to fix it vs moving is we insisted on moving to a new room. Fridge in room was good, pool area while not large worked for us as nobody else was poolside when we were. Breakfast was toast, cereal, eggs, potatoes, sausage and BW waffles.

We came actually 12 hours late to check in and stayed only for 7 hours. I asked about a partial refund, without even trying the representative said not possible. I never had any trouble with Hyatt in these matters.
