Quiet, beautiful court yard & hotel
We traveled from Colorado for a last minute Funeral. We did eventually get an 11:30 am check in, had to pay extra, which is understandable. We got into San Dimas at 10am. Ram, the front desk person was so kind and allowed us to relax in the court yard until our room was ready. He then helped us to our room as I have a bad knee and unfortunately we had a 2nd floor room, no elevator. I managed, LOL, just grateful to get checked in, cleaned up and to the funeral on time. The court yard and pool area had lots of beautiful plants and trees. This was an older hotel, but quaint. We enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again.

In our lifetime, one of the greatest gifts is to cross paths with some uniquely special people. Nina is just one of those people. Always pleasant, proactive, and mindful of providing outstanding customer service. Of course, I would be remiss if I did not recognize the outstanding service provided by Nina's colleagues Rosa, Zach,and all members of the support, housekeeping, and kitchen staff. Highly recommend this hotel if you are within 30 miles of this BW location.

The hotel over all has a hacienda type touch. Them rooms are huge, the furnishings are great, But the room (221) smelled musty and old. Like a closet with smoky cigarette’ smoke. The AC worked poorly lucky it was a cool night. Kept the door open till 10 pm. For the price I would expect more.

The room was very spacious and looked clean. The grounds were tidy and nicely landscaped. Breakfast offered made-to-order omelettes, eggs and meat, etc. as well as typical breads and cereals. The location is convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants, even within walking distance.
