We were really enjoying our stay until our 3am wake up call request "was not recorded" and same for our 3.30am booking for the airport shuttle. We were lucky to have woken up in time and very fortunate that another guest had organised an uber which he very kindly offered to share. So we did get to our flight on time but it could have been a disaster! The system needs reviewing. Otherwise staff very friendly.

Convenient location, easy access, easy ingress & egress. Anything required from the front desk took forever. Checking in was a very long process with only one person at the front desk and a second person looking over the shoulder of the one person that was there. Same thing when requesting a late check out and checking out. I usually stay at Cambria and checking in and out is a breeze. I went to shower and there was no shower body gel. A text came to me asking if everything was OK and i replied back about the shower gel. Person said they would take care of it and never did. Also, there was a very strong odor coming out of the bathroom sink and the television kept losing connection. I have stayed at Double Tree hotels in other cities, such as New Orleans, and the hotel was much nicer with much better service. This is why I decided to try Double Tree in El Segundo instead of Cambria. Looks like I will be staying at Cambria next time.

Property is definitely very good value for the money. And staff are very friendly. I’d stay again. No problem. However, There are some things that need improvement right away. Dirty carpet. Unable to slide sliding bathroom door got stuck in it. Pillows are old. Shower curtains are old. Parking is very limited.

It was ok
Elevator stopped at one point, could hit numbers but thank goodness the door opened. Tub drained poorly. One pillow had a stain that should have been washed out; makes me think they didn’t bother to clean the room before hand. Ice machine on floor didn’t work

The room and customer service was good, the pool, had very few towels to use, and the jacuzzi has obviously been out of order for some time as it was covered in webs, dirt and leaves. The pool also was a bit dirty especially in the corners

Not what i expected. Check in was at 4pm i arrived at 4:30 or so room was not ready had to wait till 6pm for rooms to be available even though we had reservations. Unprofessional.

Hotel was safe, nice staff. The carpet was dirty and didn’t seem kept up for a 4 start hotel. But overall would stay there again.
