Great hotel, but the service was mediocre. Other than the quick check in, every other experience at the front desk was horrible. Long waits (3x); attendants who were on their phones while we were still at the counter; had to repeatedly ask for an extra blanket (still never got it). Parking is a mess, tiny spots - took 10 min to get out of the crammed spot due to another car parking along the wall

Everything was good, room was excellent except for the leak coming from the ceiling, food was excellent. As for the shuttle, there was no specific instructions to go and meet the shuttle upon arrival. We had to call the concierge to find out where we need to be. The shuttle was also late when we were leaving the hotel to go the airport. Overall, my rate is 4. Thank you.

Let’s start on the good side. Beautiful property, great amenities. The room was so nice and well stocked. The ugly, staff was so rude. The battery on the key swipe died and we were locked out of our room at midnight for 30 minutes our kids,3-12, sleeping on the floor. While the staff solution was to wait until security looked for the tool to open the door, since it was lost. We asked for clean towels on the first evening, didn’t get them till the last night of our stay. Take it, we called 3 times in one day. Front staff said that they couldn’t get into our room. So the issue of the dead key swipe was known by staff and never reported. The night shift staff was extremely rude when it came to solving problems. Lack of empathy and very insensitive, chuckling and looking at each other while I expressed my concern and frustration of being locked out at midnight with children. (Africa and Angela, that is for you). Dayshift manager handled it so much differently, so thank you Matthew. Because of your help and sensitivity to us, we will definitely stay with you all again.
