When I arrived the sliding door was broken did not lock, maintenance fixed it. Remote for TV did not work, maintenance replaced it worked better. Jacuzzi did not work as hoped. Found a roach crawling around the tub.

Great hotel in a nice, quiet area. Decent pricing, friendly staff. Although we didn't use all of them, it had wonderful amenities and a very inviting pool and outdoor area.

Room was decent, nothing fancy. We paid extra for the jacuzzi tub but couldn’t turn the jets on as they were dirty and there was flakes of mold that came out.

Was a great place to stay, the courtyard around the pool was clean and beautiful. They were undergoing some renovations it seems so the hot tub area and half the hotel was blocked off with large boards. It is close to Pacific Coast Highway so there can be lots of traffic but it wasn’t an issue for us. We never heard the traffic in our room. Great location and easy to navigate getting in and out of the property. Lots of stores, shops and restaurants close by. Nice beaches close too.
