Stayed here for 1 night before our cruise. The airport transportation was really smooth. The breakfast in the morning was more and better than I expected. The room, pool, workout room and staff were fantastic. The only reason I rate a 4 is because there is no safe in the room.

Spent one night at this property. It met all my requirements: good area, free breakfast and parking, welcoming staff. Room had comfortable beds but I did find some food (cookie) crumbs, and some trash on floor. Carpet was clean but I never walk barefoot. My room was on second floor and was quiet. Overall I do recommend.

We stayed the 1st time on Aug. 23 the stay was very nice and relaxing!!! We had a wonderful time in the pool area! The breakfast was wonderful also. But when we returned from our cruise and stayed Aug. 31st our stay was NOT as NICE!! We thought we could go and relax in the pool area again! BUT there was six different groups having party"s!! Three different types of music going on! 3/4 of the people didn't even have rooms!! People in each group was letting people in through the back gate! People in these groups was smoking alot and smoking weed, and I really did not want to smell skunk smell while I was trying to relax! Alot of different guessed came to the pool and saw all that was going on and was very upset also!! Three different groups was fighting over the grill because someone broke the second grill! Alot of people was using the "F" word that was not even staying there! So if you have children and you want a relaxing family time make sure there are not party's going on! The staff was so friendly and very helpful in all other area's.

We stayed here the 1st time on Aug. 23 the stay was very nice and quite. But when we stayed the next Sat. Aug.. 31st our stay was NOT as NICE!! I was so disappointed! We stayed here because we went on a cruise out of Long Beach, we got off the ship and did a few things and then went to the hotel. We thought we would just rest around the pool and have a relaxing time in the hot tub. While there there was six different groups having a party!!! More then 3/4 of the people was not even staying there!!! Three different kinds of music going on! You could not even swim or get into the Hot Tub!! There was smoking and also smoking weed, I really did not want to smell skunk smell. I really like this place and the people working here but allowing this many people in the pool area was very wrong when people who paid could not even go and enjoy the pool area!
