It started with Welcome Email that sounds very negative warnings to not do this or to not do that. To me, it's called Unwelcome Email. The staff lady acted like a robot and showed no patience and motivation. I saw homeless people in the premise. Room had a filthy smell. I would not go there again. Negatives outweigh Positives which are (1) good location and (2) easy parking.

Overall the stay was good but the only 3 complaints I have is the WiFi is really really slow, the parking stalls are really tight and why do I have to pay for parking when I’m staying the night? Of course I’m going to have a vehicle don’t most customers do? It was only $12 but still it should be included with the stay. The place was kept nice and clean.
